Warehouses & Light Industrial
A floor you can sweep, mark and actually keep clean.
Concrete dust gets on product, equipment and people. A sealed, coated floor stops the dusting, cleans with a mop or scrubber, and gives you clear lanes and walkways your team will follow.
What the floor has to handle
Built for your day-to-day
Concrete dust
Sealing the slab stops the constant dusting that settles on inventory and equipment.
Traffic you can see
Painted forklift lanes, hatched walkways and marked zones keep people and equipment where they belong.
Pallet jacks and carts
A hard, bonded topcoat handles carts and pallet jacks. Tell us about forklifts and steel wheels so we spec for them.
Cleaning time
A smooth coated floor sweeps and scrubs in a fraction of the time bare concrete takes.
Who this is for: Warehouses and distribution · Light manufacturing and assembly · Contractor shops and workshops · Self-storage and flex space
The system
What goes down on your floor

Scheduling
We map the building into zones and coat them in phases, on weekends or around your shifts, so you never have to shut the whole floor down.

FAQ
Warehouses & Light Industrial: questions
Can you work around our operation?
Yes. We plan the job in zones and agree on the schedule before we start, including weekends if that's when the floor is free.
Will it handle forklifts?
Tell us about forklifts, steel wheels and loads up front. We spec the build for that traffic and write it into your quote and warranty terms.
Can you mark lanes and zones?
Yes: forklift lanes, walkways, hatched no-go areas and storage zones in the colors you choose.
